Athletes, parents and carers, coaches, and clubs are all being invited to share their experiences and perspectives through a short confidential survey. Whether things are working well or you think there’s room to improve, this is the chance to say so.
The review is being carried out by Tracy Whittaker-Smyth MBE, an independent provider with no involvement in the day to day delivery or management of the programme. That independence matters. It means the review stays impartial and objective, focused purely on gathering honest feedback to help shape where the pathway goes next.
Every response is treated in confidence and reviewed solely by Tracy. Nothing gets attributed back to individuals in any reporting, and feedback is presented in a way that protects anonymity throughout.
Your views will help build a clearer picture of what’s working well, where things could improve, and how we continue supporting sailors and the wider sailing community across Northern Ireland.
